In this class, you will learn a basic tactic to help you practice putting a self-defeating belief aside, even though it's gotten triggered and it may take years to fully disintegrate it. We will discuss:
- What is a self-defeating belief
- How to inoculate yourself against a known self-defeating belief
- How this activates genuine self-esteem
We will discuss this while working through an in-class exercise. You will learn a tactic that is a terrific way to get your mind in gear on a task that tends to trigger old baggage.
