Blake Lively stars as a surfer who finds herself in the fight of her life against the forces of nature. The plot is nothing especially original, and there’re a couple of borderline-unbelievable moments in what is meant to be a non-supernatural horror.
However, the film is unusually life-affirming for the horror genre, and being essentially a one-character affair, it allows Lively to show off her acting skills.
